The Black Box’s - Returns Policy

When you shop at, our priority is to deliver quality products and to give the most enjoyable and hassle-free online shopping experience.

Our Returns Policy is also safe, easy and transparent.

1. Can the bought product be returned? has very strict quality control measures in place and we ensure that the products are delivered without any problem, however the products can be returned if:

1. The product is damaged in transit

2. Mismatched product in terms of style, colour and / or size

3. Damaged product

If there is any other reason besides these please contact our customer service at within 48 hours of receipt of the product and we will try to help you in the best possible manner. Please allow us 5 business days to get back to you with a solution.

2. Payment of Postal / Shipping charges for the returned goods.

Depending on the availability of our courier service in your area and the product specification in terms of size / weight we will be able to determine the cost on the shipping of the returned goods.

3. What is the returns procedure?

Step 1

You could fill the returns form, which is available on the My Account section of our website.

Step 2

Once your returns request is validated, an email will be sent authorizing a return, along with the address for the same.

Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment.

To be eligible for the return, kindly use our associated courier partners to send us back the product.


We must receive the package within 10 days of the authorizing mail sent by us.

Step 3

After receiving the product, the product will be sent for checking. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the product is not available, we will issue a merchandise credit in the form of "The Black Box Miles" of the same amount. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.

4. Return on discounted / sale products

TheBlackBoxStore does not offer replacements/returns on discounted or season-end sale products.

5. Refund against Cancelled order

You are requested to carefully browse and make the purchase with care so as to ensure that the cancellations does not occur. However if situation arises, all refunds will be processed through a NEFT transfer deposit in your bank account. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days. No cash payments will be made.

6. Terms & Conditions for Return:

1. The quality team of will have the final approval on the decision that the item is approved or rejected

2. All returned item will only be accepted in the original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documents, warranty card (If applicable on the product), all additional accessories and all items present when the item was delivered to you.

3. The returns will not be processed if the product is used and the same will be sent back to you. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed and in the original condition and packaging.

4. You are requested to not accept the products if they are in damaged or soiled condition.

5. Products in sets/ pairs cannot be returned individually.

6. If the replacement of an item in unavailable. Theblackboxstore will offer you a store credit of the same value - Validity for the credit note is three months from the date of issue. Store credit given to the customer is not transferable to other user/s.

7. We will arrange a pickup facility for a returned item from the given address. If our courier partner is not available to provide service in your area, please ensure that the parcel reaches us via a reliable courier of your choice.

8. There could be situations where we may be unable to collect a return and that you have arranged to send it back. In such cases a refund will be initiated for courier charges for maximum value of Rs. 150 post approval from ‘s management.

9. No refunds are applicable for cancellations; will offer you credits in such case, which can be redeemed on your next purchase.

A refund is applicable only under the sole discretion of via NEFT transfer/ Cheque deposit in your Bank Account. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be made in lieu of the same.

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages therefore you are requested to let us know the Tracking No. (i.e., AWB Delivery Confirmation).

Once the package is received, it will be inspected by our Quality team to ensure that the returned goods are in original form / packaging and free from use and damage.
